Donation Class
We’re celebrating the Summer Solstice (officially June 21) a little early—with 108 Sun Salutations.
This moving meditation honours the changing season, International Yoga Day, and the energy of renewal.
You’ll be guided through as many rounds as feel right for you—maybe 12, maybe all 108. Modifications and breaks are encouraged. No pressure, just presence.
Why 108?

Ready to shift your perspective—literally?
Join us for a deep dive into the world of arm balances and inversions.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll break things down with:
• A full-body warm-up to activate key muscle groups
• Focused drills to build strength and control
• Technique breakdowns of poses like Crow, Side Crow and Pincha Mayurasana or whatever the class is gravitating towards. Possibilities are endless!
• Time to explore, fall, fly, and ask questions
You’ll learn how to overcome the usual barriers—like fear of falling, tight hips, or that whole “my feet won’t leave the floor” feeling.
This session is ideal for anyone with a regular practice who’s ready to step out of their comfort zone.
You don’t need to have these poses in your pocket—just bring curiosity, patience, and a willingness to try.

Strong & Calm is a 4-week pre-registered series designed specifically for teens aged 13–18.
This is more than just movement—it's about giving young people a toolkit for strength, breath, and emotional resilience they can carry into their daily lives.
Each week, students will:
• Build physical strength and mobility through accessible yoga sequences
• Develop powerful breathing practices to calm the mind and reset the nervous system
• Learn how to be in their bodies without judgment
• Explore simple techniques for managing emotions and stress
This series is ideal for teens who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to themselves—whether they're athletes, artists, or anywhere in between.
