Pre-Natal Yoga

January 18th - February 22nd

Join us for a nurturing 6-week Prenatal Yoga Workshop designed to support moms-to-be through every stage of pregnancy. This pre-registered series focuses on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to promote physical comfort and emotional well-being.

These 60 minutes are dedicated to create a safe and supportive space to build connection with your changing pregnant body and build community and new friendships.

How to prepare:

Wear comfy clothes.

Bring your water bottle and yoga mat.

Avoid a heavy meal directly before class.

No yoga experience is required. Just your smile.

This is a 6 week pre-registered workshop. 

Require a minimum of four registrants in order to run the workshop.

Targeted Relief: Lacrosse Ball Myofascial Workshop

Discover the power of myofascial release in this guided class using lacrosse balls to target tension and tightness throughout the body. You’ll learn techniques to release trigger points, improve mobility, and reduce muscle soreness by focusing on specific areas like the back, shoulders, hips, and feet.

 

This 90-minute class will teach you effective techniques to target common problem areas and promote overall relaxation.

What you will need:

Comfortable clothing.

Water bottle and yoga mat.

You’ll be provided with your own lacrosse ball to use during the workshop—and take it home to continue practicing what you’ve learned.

A minimum registration of 3 students is required to run the workshop.

Yin & Massage

Unwind and restore with our Yin & Massage Workshop, where the art of stillness meets the healing power of touch. In this 90 minute session, you’ll be guided through a series of Yin postures designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. As you sink into each pose, our skilled massage therapists will provide gentle, hands-on adjustments and soothing massages to enhance your relaxation and ease muscle tension.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to relieve stress, recover from physical activity, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment of self-care. No yoga experience is required—just bring an open heart and a willingness to let go.
