About Us

Beaumont's Hot Yoga Studio Embracing the Five Elements for Holistic Health and Community Connection.

We are a local couple here in Beaumont with a family of two young boys. We are extremely passionate about improving the quality of life for our community, and sharing our love of yoga and meditation with you.

I had a career in health care for 17 years and made the decision to become a yoga instructor and open our own studio right within our community. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and it is truly my happy place.  I am passionate about yoga and want to embrace it fully within my life and teach others how to do the same.

I am fervent about supporting local and love any opportunity I can to support small businesses. I love the community of Beaumont and want to help make this city amazing! I hope to do that by providing you an exceptional yoga studio to aid with your health and wellness journey.

We believe that you do not have to travel beyond your front step for an exceptional high-capacity hot yoga studio which will cater to your selfcare needs.

Breath is the fundamental pillar of your practice, the very essence of life itself. At Element Yoga, we understand the profound connection between breath and movement. The element of air symbolizes the way each breath draws in life force, increasing blood flow, and oxygenating your body. With each inhalation, you invite energy and vitality into your being. The fire element plays a pivotal role in the physical aspect of yoga practice. It's the heat that builds within your body as you move through asanas. This heat is generated through the activation of muscles, the engagement of the core, and the controlled use of the breath. As you flow through sequences, the fire element not only warms your body but also helps release toxins, increase flexibility, and promote overall physical vitality.

Hot Flow

Hot Flow is a steady pace class that moves through asanas while synchronizing with your breath. You will be cultivating the mind body connection while strengthening and energizing your body. Expect to sweat in this invigorating class. Suitable for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 38 degrees in infrared heat.

Hot Gentle Flow

This practice focuses on breath awareness and increasing mobility through postures. A balance between strength and stretch while connecting with the breath. This slower paced class is a great fit for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 38 degrees in infrared heat.

Hot Morning Flow

Start your morning off right! Wake your body up with focused breath and movement. In this flow class expect to start off slowly to wake the body and mind and then move into an invigorating sequence. Suitable for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 38 degrees in infrared heat.

Hot Hips

This class focuses on strengthening and increasing mobility of your hips and lower body. Primarily hips focused you will find yourself is asanas that will help release any stickiness in this area, while also strengthening the muscles to help support your hips. Suitable for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 38 degrees in infrared heat.

Hot Yin

Yin is a slow-moving practice that delves deep into facia of the body. Poses are held for long periods of time, 3-5 minutes to help lengthen our connective tissues. This class is great for those aches and pains and benefits those who experience muscle tightness. Suitable for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 38 degrees in infrared heat.

Gentle Flow

This practice focuses on breath awareness and increasing mobility through postures. A balance between strength and stretch while connecting with the breath. This slower paced class is a great fit for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 21 degrees.

Restorative with Hot Stones

This class is full of relaxation to calm your nervous system and subtlety release tension in the body. Hot Massage stones will be placed on your person, to aid you to get deeper into your relaxation state. Wear a cozy top, warm socks and bring a blanket if you like. Quiet your busy mind with this soothing class. Suitable for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 21 degrees.

Yoga Basics

This class will focus on the foundations of the yoga. Emphasis on breath, postures, and alignment as tools to begin your yoga practice, and how they can help calm your nervous system. Get back to the basics with this class! This class is ideal for those just starting out in yoga. Held in 21 degrees.

Yin

Yin is a slow-moving practice that delves deep into facia of the body. Poses are held for long periods of time, 3-5 minutes to help lengthen our connective tissues. This class is great for those aches and pains and benefits those who experience muscle tightness. Suitable for all levels of experience. Classes are held at 21 degrees.
